My new motto and words to live by:

I decided to stop being a victim. I've been brainwashed most of my life into believing I deserved what has happened to me. I'd be nice and would get pissed on. My sister, my father have been the the motivating factor in this post. I will not be used anymore. If you want something from me earn it. That last is directed at my ex.
I didn't pursue the Realtor who used me to save her house from foreclosure. Part of my new mantra, theme or whatever you call it those who cheat me, have cheated me or used me: look out.

I have filled out a complaint form and sent it to the proper agency and filed one with her boss at the Realty company. She cost me a lot of money and I want it back.
